The Guy at 6:12 didn’t wait to see somebody do it (hence the sirens).

  2. I’ve tried a few hopstands lately, and I’m starting to like the results, especially over dry hopping. The hop aroma seems to hang around longer (this could be subjective as I haven’t done a side-by-side comparison), and I don’t have to worry about hop pellet particulates transferring to the keg. Cheers!

    • I agree. Personally, I have not had great results from dry-hopping. So the post-boil hop heaviness works well for me, too! Chip

Just watched this episode. Loved it. I may try hop standing on my next IPA or pale ale.

Loved seeing Don O as well. Hope to see more with you guys and Dawson and Keeler as well. Keep up the good work Chip!
