Chip, Dawson and DonO sample two sour beers sent to us from longtime C&B fans and Patreon supporters, Brooks and Ellie Edman: Golden Sour and Black Gold. The couple have won a LOT of medals and awards in the name of the Chop & Brew Homebrew Club, and we were honored to be able to taste and share our thoughts with everyone. Both beers won multiple awards at local competitions in Pennsylvania; Black Gold won first place at the Philadelphia regional of the National Homebrew Competition in 2017.
