Great episode Chip. Some of the club members here in Missoula MT got together to fill a merlot hungarian oak barrell recently. Filled it with a flanders red, left the beer in the carboys for 6 weeks or so. After a couple days the barrel had started to come alive and leave a mess on my buddy’s floor. HA!

    • Visited OHSO when I was down in the area in January. Pretty cool place, just wish they would have had more than two of their beers on tap!

  4. Hey Chip. Keep the fire going and keep the beer flowing! Your new format is great and just plain fun to watch! Very nice!
