Ken and Josh discuss many mead topics: achieving balance and what balance even means, fruit preparation, honey character, advice for new and advanced judges, and the future of mead. They also sample and talk through judging notes for Schramm’s Mead Blackberry, which you can order and enjoy for your own virtual taste along.
