We’re eating and drinking good in celebration of Mardi Gras! The Krewe of Chop & Brew gathers for a Carnival-themed lunch of homemade Creole food: chicken and sausage jambalya, shrimp etouffee, pork belly rillons, greens, cornbread, king cake and bread pudding. Plus, a homebrewed Black Rose Imperial Stout brewed and fermented just in time to enjoy for the festive occasion.
