You’ve heard of cover songs? Well, this is a cover beer! We go from grain to glass on a very Guinness-like Dry Irish Stout brewed in honor of the late MF DOOM for enjoying on the anniversary of his passing, Halloween night. Chip brews an all-grain version of the beer with his new mini-masher and talks a bit about his own brewer’s anxiety along the way.
