Chop & Brew recently went to Norway to document the traditional and modern processes of farmhouse brewing. As a thank you to our host Ivar Geithung, Chip took to share a few American beers brewed and fermented with kveik from Insight Brewing Company, Surly + TRVE collaboration, and Bauhaus Brew Labs.
