It’s a rock n’ roll lager of delicious proportions. Chip and his coworker pal William Richartz brew Dawson’s recipe for Artimus Pils, a characterful lager inspired by our long-time theme song artist Abstract Artimus, loaded with Bohemian floor-malted Pilsner malt and Czech Kazbek hops. The 10-gallon batch is split; half fermented with Imperial Yeast Hygge Danish lager strain and half fermented with SafLager S-23 German lager yeast. Episode includes brew day footage plus tasting notes with Dawson and DonO.
